Our centre in New Delhi uses state-of-the-art technology, with full redundancy of backup systems and dynamic routing of voice and data transmissions so that no single component is critical. Our disaster recovery plan enables us to switch to alternative capacity elsewhere in India, with 24-hour turnaround.
We also have plans to build a completely new call centre in Colombo, Sri Lanka. With 300 seats planned initially, we hope to grow this to 600 by the end of 2005.
Call centre operations frequently provide the lead in to other business processes such as applications processing, claims management, accounts, payroll, and so on.
