Introduction
First Asian Outsourcing specialises in business process outsourcing from the UK to Asia. We offer call centre operations, software outsourcing, data processing, legal and medical transcription services. We also provide consultancy to companies wishing to migrate their services to Asia, helping improve their profitability while maintaining quality of services.
With offices in India and Sri Lanka, a 300-seat call centre in New Delhi and plans to open a similar centre in Sri Lanka, we offer a comprehensive service with full backup and disaster recovery. We also have strategic alliances with a number of companies in India and Sri Lanka, enabling us to provide a complete portfolio of services, covering a wide range of projects from very small to very large.
We believe in a planned and systematic approach to moving your business processes offshore, maintaining quality control throughout the project, from initial planning, through recruitment and training of staff, to monitoring operations. We will oversee this entire process, taking the stress away from you, the client.
Part of the First Asian philosophy is that we use local people and local knowledge. In the UK, at least 50% of our employees have experience in doing business with and exposure to the culture in Asian countries. In this way, we ease the transition for British companies wishing to move their operations to Asia, helping them to adjust to the different culture and ways of doing business in the East.
We aim to develop a long-term relationship with our clients, guiding them through the processes of setting up an offshore operation, overcoming any set-up problems, to managing a successful operation in the longer term.
