Why First Asian?

Outsourcing to Asia is inherent with its own problems:

  • Distance – Asia is far away
  • Culture – The Asian culture is very different from our own
  • People – Selecting the right company or individuals to go into partnership with is difficult
  • Business Ethics – Asians have a different way of doing business
  • Employment – Recruiting and training staff is a critical process which is easy to get wrong
  • Scale – Many businesses try to outsource all their activities in one large move, making the transition a logistical nightmare

First Asian Outsourcing has been set up specifically to help UK companies move their customer support activities offshore. In the UK, at least 50% of our employees are themselves Asian by birth, with experience of doing business in their home country. In this way, we ease the transition for British companies wishing to move their operations to Asia, helping them to adjust to the different culture and ways of doing business in the East.

We are an English company in Asia. We know how to do business in Asian countries, employing local people and local knowledge wherever possible. Yet we understand the Western market and speak the same language that you do. We bridge the gap between East and West.

First Asian aims to provide a high quality of service to its International customers, helping them to:
